Our Brother printer stopped printing cyan at all, even with new cartridges. The problem was an air lock in the pipe from the cyan cartridge to the print head. The Printhead Hospital kit was cheap, arrived very quickly, had clear instructions, was supported by prompt email advice from the vendor, and was quick and easy to use. It worked perfectly, and now, several weeks later, the printer continues to work as good as new. Highly recommended.
