Our experience with Card Fusion has been beyond excellent. It’s a Five star plus service. Pritesh has been very professional, helpful and supportive from the day one. Pritesh helped us with the designs and been very proactive with daily meetings, proofs and regular updates via emails on daily basis. Pritesh gave us lots of insights and useful suggestions to improvise on the designs. We had to make changes to the inserts content multiple times and he remained very patient and helpful during the whole process, although he was very busy due to peak wedding season. We also had a very tight time frame for the cards to be printed and be ready by and so Pritesh made sure that this was also done properly to the highest standard and within the requested time. We are really very thankful to Pritesh for being soo patient with us, helpful and getting the invitation cards ready / printed within the requested time. The outcome of the printed invitation cards is of a very highest standard and it has exceeded all of our expectations. Pritesh is awesome. We went with something totally bespoke and he hadn't done before. Now what is important is to say that he was honest from day 1 about his expectations of the final product and that assured me that we would recieve a quality finish. This is exactly what happened. As he was trying a new technique there was a slight issue with the finish on only some of our batch. Rather than expect us to have some tolerance he understood why it was important to have them perfect and corrected them at no extra cost. He even offered to work with us on pricing as it was new and he wasn't sure exactly how they would turn out. Miles cheaper than the competition anyway and much better as we aren't speaking to a phone or website. Pritesh will have meetings with you at the drop of a hat to confirm changes or additional services and in the end he did our placecards as well as Invite and Order of Services. When the person in charge of a company takes pride and has excitement about their service, it is usually of a higher class and regarding effort, time, comminucation and making things totally easy, Pritesh is the right man for the job and will not let you down. CardFusion was recommended to us and we would recommend to anyone else. In fact we have on a few occassions already. Hope you have all the success and upward trajectory that is deserved, now in the future guys & thank you.
