B. R.Delivery of order had been delayed in transit in France. Following a conversation with Staff at BannerBuzz UK they immediately contacted the delivery service resulting in goods being delivered the following day. Excellent service and customer care.
D. R.I needed a banner to promote my charity gift shop. After spending time on the easy to use website and designing my own banner, I thought it was ok - some of my own images weren’t quite crisp but they’d do. Then I got an email to look at and approve their artwork re-creation and I was so amazed to see the imperfections had all been crisped up! This, with a good price and good quality banner, I really couldn’t fault them. Will definitely use again and highly recommend this company!
J. N.Only ordered got proof to check ✔ got in touch to make a change and they were happy to make change. Sent another proof within 12 hours last night. Have confirmed 2nd proof is perfect. And they have noted date needed and have been happy to do their best to expedite things and get it here on time. Wee bit of delay on the bot chat. But once I realised to just stay on the chat. They were more than helpful very professional and easy to deal with. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. 😀
