I cannot recommend Cluck enough, particularly Will. I was looking for a quote for some bespoke labels and ideally some samples. I asked for label samples for my cosmetic jars, as I'm about to launch natural skincare products online, unfortunately I had to prompt for the samples and was later given a response that Will the owner was on leave and just returned. I was really happy with the quality of the label, it was exactly what I was hoping for but the service was not good. When I asked to be invoiced for my choice of labels I waited again and got in touch to find out the status if my order and how to pay, waited again...then received a response he was o leave again?? Decided to go elsewhere. Customer service not very good. My first product launch and cannot work in this way.
