I was let down last minute by a large well known company (I won't name them) and urgently needed a same day print turnaround on a roller banner. ELP were very responsive, super fast and professional. They even delivered the roller banner to the venue intime for my event! Honestly when I saw the banner I was so happy with it! The quality is spot on and service was great. I will absolutely be using them again in future!

I was in a complete bind where I needed emergency business cards and I contacted them out of hours (11pm), which they kindly responded and helped me with the design so that it was ready to print within 20 mins of the shop opening!!! Fantastic service! In all honesty I must have called about 9 times and not once was the recipient frustrated. They were extremely patient with my many changing requests. I sent in an email while on a plane to London. Within moments they wrote me back and then called when I landed to follow through. They turned around the job super fast and were really reasonable. Shan and Mohammad where more than kind to me and I couldn't ask for more than what they did for me today. I left my shirt printing to the very last minute because of work and both of these guys agreed to stay behind after they had already closed to wait for me and get my shirt done. I had to travel for 1 hour to get to their office but they inviting me in the store with a warm greeting.
