Good self service print. It has clear instruction on the computer. It easy to understand for new people who try this print service for first time. It also has reasonable price to do print document. I went there to do self print, and bit confused about the payment. But the staff still give calm and clear information about how they charged the print fee, even on Saturday by phone. Keep going with the great service. Hopefully more good customer come in!

Will always recommend. We ordered 500 copies of 100 pages perfect bound booklets and 80 A2 posters for work using this wonderful company. They promised me it will be ready in 24 hours which I thought not realistic, but to my surprise, they rang me after 10 hours for collection. It was very straight forward to order these and all my questions were answered accurately and efficiently. The order was of high quality and professionally printed. The only area of improvement is to provide overnight or sameday express delivery too!, which they said it is only available within M25 London.

Used the self service printing. Very straight forward and easy to use. Good to see that they've limited to 5 customers in store due to covid conditions. Just be prepared to bring lots of change as it's coins only! They have a machine to change notes but believe it only takes £5 notes. Good if you only want to print a couple of pages! Free internet too. Says you're charged £5 if you go over 5mins but saw no such charge on my billing. Was probably there a little over 5mins

However, when I received the documents, they were short of the quantities I had ordered. Floppy disk drama but Femi saved my life. After visiting a number of libraries for a computer with a floppy drive, I decided to pop into Exact print as a last resort. To my surprise, they had a computer with all the ancient sockets available. Femi kindly retrieved some old files for me and transferred these to a USB.. drama over for now and money saved. Another helpful session from the Exact Team. Ps Yesterday was a hot day but the office was quite cool.
