J. A.I must say that our shopping experience for my daughters school uniform assisted by the staff member Zakaria at Juniper Uniform in West Ealing was simply 5*. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and informative. His recommendations and advice were much appreciated. He sets the standards for sales and customer service staff extremely high, thank you Juniper for a top school shopping experience!
I. B.I cannot recommend Juniper highly enough. Helen and her team were professional, polite and exceptionally helpful.
I initially called the shop with an enquiry and ended up with 2 pairs of school shoes, all without setting foot in store. Helen's wealth of knowledge and vast experience soon became apparent. Armed only with shoe sizes in centimetres and a vague description of preferred styles, Helen was able to guide me through the difficult task of buying shoes online. Once ordered the shoes arrived quickly, they fit well and most importantly got the kids seal of approval.
Thank you to Helen and her team, I look forwards to doing the uniform shop with you again soon.

C. C.My Grandson is Autistic and Helen at the shop has been so helpful. She gave me several options on how best to fit a blazer for him. Also the shops school trousers with elastic adjustable waist are the first pair of school trousers that he has said are comfortable. For anyone with a child with sensory needs you will know how major that is. Well done to Juniper staff for understanding the needs of children who have differences.

Despite difficult circumstances (eg uniform fittings of reluctant, lively child during a pandemic!) and incorrect purchases from a novice school Mum, each interaction has restored my faith in good old fashioned 'Customer Service'.

They had all the information and were very polite. 8 forgot my list at home but they had a copy so very pleased with the whole thing. I did however buy only the essential items from there, mainly the items that have the logo. I personally found things a bit pricey especially as there are other better options elsewhere for the items that are without the school insignia.
F. B.A slick operation! New to the area and son and daughter starting at a school where we have a choice of where to go for their uniform. Juniper was most convenient for us and had best reviews so decided to go there. Also prices were better. Great shop, large and had AC, enthusiastic and friendly staff, answered all our questions - and we had quite a lot! Got everything we needed in not time at all. Would really recommend.
