I use Point101 for fine art digital prints of my watercolour pictures. The prints they make are amazing: virtually indistinguishable from the original. I love the fact that they offer a variety of papers: I select German Etching, or the Canson Watercolour papers, both of which are high quality. I have also used their framing service which is easy-to-use and good value. Recommended!

I've done couple scans of large format. One of it was had problematic print in aspect of colour reproduction. It took a some time to resolve the problem but I want to thank all the guys and girls who work there for friendly approach to my problem and huge help with resolving it. I have used Point101's excellent services for a number of years, ranging from creating whole exhibitions with prints over 2 meters in size, and fulfilling international orders, to small one off prints. Great quality prints dispatched promptly. I've used Point101 several times over a period of years and always been happy. The online system warns if your image isn't good enough quality for the size you select, ensuring nice, sharp printed images.

Had an initial discussion with them regarding services and booked an appointment, as requested. Friday afternoon, some appointment reminders popped up on my phone, left work slightly early to make it and travelled 1h on the underground carrying my canvas. Arrived to their shop 5min early but fine, waited patiently until it was the time. The place was closed and looked empty, despite the sign saying they closed at 5pm. I was hopeful somebody would come at the time of the appointment. Nope, nobody. Rang the intercom several times, no response, phoned them, didn't pick it up. I waited 10 more minutes but nothing happened, so I gave up and went back home feeling quite idiotic and having wasted time and money. Updated: After this issue, Point101 contacted me and went above and beyond to put it right, which is much appreciated.

Extremely good service. They did an excellent job scanning my artwork and creating prints from it. They responded quickly and were so helpful and considerate. Also fast and arranged same day courier. My artwork was very small and they did an amazing job scanning/photographing it and then printing enlarged at A1. Such nice texture and colour and great selection of paper.
