Very responsive to the questions I've had, and very understanding my needs and concerns which has put my mind to ease when ordering. The order was ready within an hour which is an excellent speed of service and picking it up was with no hassle and was provided the poster with care and a cardboard protector. Ever since Print Hammersmith printed a series of posters for us, delivering great service, excellent quality and at affordable price, they have been our go-to printers for Petit Miracle, (a creative furniture upcycling social enterprise charity). We like the fact that they are in Hammersmith, which is local to us, and we are keen to support local businesses. Especially such nice ones. Even though I know Richard is super busy, he always advises us well. The products are generally ready for us within one or two days, which is very good, considering we have never once asked for anything to be done particularly quickly. I can only imagine how soon a rush job would be processed if we were in need for speed. All our posters, banners and other bits and bobs have come out great. Overall we are very happy with Print Hammersmith, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Are all printers as grumpy as the person I spoke to today? We'd lost a receipt, and were asking for a copy. The printer said he'd already had to do two copy receipts that day and was turning down any further requests for copies. I'd have taken this as a one off, were it not for separately having called them for a late Frdiay rush job, to be condescendingly told it couldn't be done, and in the whole of London we wouldn't find a printer to do it over the weekend (we did - at least three companies). We were using them as a local printer, within walking distance from work. But there are other firms, and the extra distance will be worth it, if they are more friendly, and useful from a business point of view.
