Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! The place is a tiny studio in the heart of the city with an easy commute. I needed to have my photo taken for a Greek Passport. Mind you the requirements for the quality and dimensions of the photos are very strict and in the past my pictures have been rejected by the Embassy (even though the photographers at the time -not Reload- had been informed that I needed them for a Greek passport). So normally I was a bit anxious about it but they reassured me they were highly informed and brought out a folder including the photo guidelines directly from the Greek Embassy website! While I waited for the processing it was extremely hot in the room and by their own initiative they adjusted the air-conditioning. The pictures came out great and my passport was renewed without any complications. Price wise I paid £14.99 which I find reasonable considering not all studios offer the specific service. I highly recommend them and will be using their service again!! A+++

I just wanted to say a warm thank you to Preeti and the team at Reload OCI help service. The first step was to get my surrender certificate by surrendering my Indian passport - and they guided me through the whole process. Greek passport photos- amazing service!!! Booked my appointment for passport renewal and reached out to Reload due to special photo requirements and the difficulties for getting the right photos during the lockdown. Regardless of the short notice staff went above and beyond to edit the photos and sent them over to me. They were very proficient and clear and made that whole process stress free! In my case there was not enough time for the photos to be sent by post but they arranged an uber and I got the photos delivered at the embassy on time before my appointment! After struggling with several attempts to get a good online passport photo using our mobiles, we finally gave up and used a shop. However, they still weren't correct. So I found Reload, online, who promised they would get a good enough photo to us to submit digitally. Well, they did just that and more. There were several problems with the lighting etc in my picture and in the end Reload asked me to submit another. I did that and despite the YouGov site showing the photo as poor, the amazing OCI team worked their magic for me and sent me the proof my photo was finally showing good on the passport page. I cannot thank the whole team at Reload enough for their efforts. Was staying at the Hilton Paddington. As the business centre was closed on a Sunday, I used their services to make copies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was Conveniently located opposite the Hilton. Glad they were open on a Sunday. However, after posting the review with 5 rating I noticed that the job done was not proper and I had to go back again to correct it. They charged me an other 12 pounds to correct a job they should have done properly in the first place.

Excellent customer service (thanks Attila & 2 others whose names I didn't get). I needed urgent printing of many documents and I found Reload via Google reviews. I understand they have around 30 computers usually available downstairs but that part is being refurbished currently (March 2018), so upstairs has only 4 or 5 terminals available but this was more than made up for by very good Staff who are all very helpful. I also noticed how helpful and efficient they were for several customers coming in for visa help and passport photos. Definitely recommend.

I needed 8 photos printed quickly and I had a great experience with Reload Internet. It's small and I was quickly helped by the man running the shop. He was very knowledgeable and patient and within a few minutes the printer produced great quality prints using the dye sublimation process. One point I really appreciated with Reload Internet was their transparent pricing. Above the printer are example sizes and prices for 1 or a few prints. 95p for 6"x4" is the smallest and cheapest. If you print more, the price goes down. I printed 8 images and the price was 8x95p. Perfect. With Snappy Snaps in Baker Street, they misleadingly show on their website 6"x4" 'from 16p', but once you upload your photos, then it's 1.99 per image! You probably need to make a thousand copies to get the low price.

Living in Paddington I've seen this store for a while and I went in there to use it for a UK Biometric passport photo and I have also used them for Digital Driving Licence Photos. I was very pleased they offered me a mirror and they spent the time to try to get my passport photo exactly right. I'm not fussy but I did want my photo to be taken in a particular way. The photo came out great and they had really good lighting which I feel really makes a difference to the quality of the passport photo. They also had photo printing instore as well so I emailed them 5 or 6 photos from my phone and they printed them in-store. The quality was glossy and I remember back in the days when you had to have negatives and wait for 24 hours! This was instant! I'm also going to be coming back to use them for colour printing, binding, and laminating as I constantly need this service for business meetings and I am sure that local businesses in Paddington also use the facilities here as they are really are quite busy. I wish the store was a bit bigger though... I think they had a downstairs but it isn't open.... I was thinking to minus a star for this, but I think I will leave it as 5 stars. I think the owner needs to open more Reloads across London.

Very conveniently located, just across the street of Paddington station. I needed to print some documents in a rush and early in the morning - this place didn’t disappoint! The staff member who was there at the time helped me print my documents in a matter of seconds and I could make it to my appointment on time. The quality of the standard paper is not the best but I bet you could ask them to use other paper if you really needed the quality to be top notch. Poor experience. I attempted to load a Word document from a thumb drive on their computer system in order to print. Microsoft Word repeatedly crashed. The attendant then tried to fix the system, and we he couldn't, asked me to e-mail the document to their e-mail address in order that he could print it. That was fine, but then he tried to charge me both for the computer time and for having the store print the document for me! When I objected that the computer didn't work, he said he had to charge me for the session anyway. When I responded with a firm "No, that is unacceptable", he relented, but I should not have had to even press that in the first place. Edit: Had a nice conversation with the management as requested below and the issue seems to have been a new employee who was stressing on the first day unsupervised and was being forced to handle a tough situation when things weren't working correctly, including the billing processes, and not quite getting it right, being new at the job. This is fair and I appreciated the Reload management's willingness to take feedback and train up their employee.

Firstly I must say that it was a pleasure using Reload today. I had my OCI application completed today from them and there were so many questions to ask from my side. They went through everything very patiently and tarshan was very experienced. I also found out that they have an online form that can be filled in which means i did not have come into paddington to do it.. the price was very competitive and i am so pleased. They did everything including photos and document uplaod and resizing of signature and photo for £45 and handling my booking with vfs. They said they are like oci concierge service and this is true! Highly recommended.

Great service; I needed the photos and signatures image resized urgently to apply for OCI renewal. I rung reload internet service today at around 10am and sent my photo and signature and I have it back within 3 hours. A bit on the pricier side (£0.25 per page for black and white printing ?) but a lifesaver. The people were friendly, very quick, and everything went without a hitch when my printer broke down at the worst possible moment and I suddenly found myself having to print a lot of documentation, urgently. I've been coming to Reload fairly regularly for a few years now, and have always found it a pleasant place to work on various projects. Good, comfortable seating, excellent workstations, and espresso coffee almost as good as I make at home. The staff, both upstairs and downstairs, have seldom been anything other than friendly, and indeed helpful whenever required for technical support and printing. At present, the staff is probably better than ever, thanks, I think, to the low turnover of personnel, meaning that my needs are frequently anticipated. It's invidious to single any individual out amongst them: Nickola, Ravi, Imran, the late lamented Ivelo and Nisarg... But it was Ravi this morning who started to brew my coffee as soon as he saw me appear at the foot of the stairs. And it was good.
