Tyrone saved the day! My usual printing company completely messed up our order so I needed to find something last minute, Tyrone was able to provide a quick and extremely efficient service! Tyrone and his team were AMAZiNG! I live in the US and reached out for a very rushed order - on a Sunday, during a pandemic. Tyrone responded, magically was able to get the hoodies the next day, kept in touch with me throughout the printing process and delivered them immediately. Excellence is their name and Excellent customer service!! Very engaging. I found this printer in September, needed to have some tee shirts printed for my mums 80th birthday party and needed it asap!! I found they were the closest to me having left things to the very last minute. Gave them a call and Ty, calmed me down. (God bless you Ty) I knew what I wanted but just could not communicate it effectively to him, so he asked me question which helped get my vision across. He will send you a visual before actually printing on the shirt/s. Comms was fantastic, no gaps from him as clarifying exactly what I wanted. He saved the day! Everyone at my mums birthday wanted a tee shirt! I'll definitely be using again!
