I truly can't express how great of an experience I've had with Carrick Signs from the initial discussion and quote through to the ease of payment and delivery. Truly stellar support guidance and top notch customer service which says a lot coming from an American living in the UK for 15 years and having become use to the minimum. And unlike the fake customer service you get in the States, the professional at Carrick were genuine and did not well not to inflate my expectations. Perhaps things can't be done the way we want but what we want is honesty and clarity. I received this in abundance and I actually got a product that far exceeded my highest expectation both in quality and in price - how often does that happen? Mike is STAR. He listened to my incoherence and distilled my words and in the coolest collected informative manner he helped me see what I wanted! Cannot offer enough praises!
