s. e.This place was recommended to me by a friend. I decided to put a small order in just to see how their stuff was. Unfortunately it’s been almost a month and I’ve still not had the one vest top that I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend if you are ordering for an event or need your items within a certain time frame. I just hope I like the vest when it eventually arrives.
I would like to update my previous review as I actually received my order a day after writing it. I love the vest I ordered and think it looks great. There was a slight stain on the back but I am hoping this comes out in the wash, other than that I am happy with my item and will be putting a bulk order in, I just wish time frames were a little better.
H. S.Great customer service -used them twice. Forgot to apply a custom print the second time on one item (the website could be a bit more user friendly) and they dispatched it promptly at no cost.

T. G.Bit of a mixed feeling. There's nothing wrong with the garment and the embroidery is perfect. Slightly annoyed that I paid express delivery and took over a week (10 days). In my opinion that's just a normal dispatch. What's more when you order website says at checkout a guaranteed delivery date "due by" then as it progressed through the order from confirming proof to dispatch the guaranteed delivery is changes to expected - and it was later then both those dates.
