Got my order perfect even though it was hard to get the plastics for my older bike I was ok with having to go for something else but factory motocross graphics managed to get what I wanted my bike looks fab!! av seen some reviews about the time you wait for your order so it made me worry but don’t worry if your going to order just give them an email they will get back to you and wait you will get 100% what you want and it looks even better than it does on the website!

The graphics that this company produce are absolutely top class! For me this company are by far one of the best (if not the best) in the industry. Fantastic customer service and NOTHING is ever too much hassle. I had an issue with one of my plactics not coming off of my tank through one of the captive nuts were turning in the tank and ended up having to buy a new tank. I had already fitted my graphics. So I explained to customer service that I needed more graphics for the offending side and they were sent out to me the same day! Can’t fault them, if there is ever a problem please don’t hesitate to get onto customer service! They are always prepared to help! Great work Factory MX Graphics keep it up!

I ordered a seat cover on July 15th 2020, Received product on Aug 17th, they offered to throw in a pair of grips for the trouble but I declined. I do think they have nice products I like the graphics and the seat cover, seems to be nice quality. Shipping is terrible.

Placed my order on April 29th to be sent to USA. I ordered the plastics kit with team graphics. i did not hear back until today, May 24th, with the tracking number. I should get the package sometime in the next few days, but if you are unsure, I would try and contact them as often as possible, through the 800 number or message board on their website.You probably won't get a confirmation email of your order being shipped, so I would be patient, and try and get in contact with someone first. I will update review soon when my order arrives.

Ordered some new graphics for my KX250 on Sunday last week, they arrived today. I got a proof before I paid so I knew what they was going to look like but I’m blown away at the quality of them. They’re absolutely perfect and the glossy finish is immaculate. Now hoping I don’t ruin them trying to fit them to the bike, should’ve paid the extra for them to do it! They even included a mini front plate graphic which was a nice touch. My go to for graphics in the future.

So, My experience was a bit of "you get what you pay for" I understood that going in. Ordered on May 11th. I needed different years plastics mixed with current years for my KTM 350xcf. They sent me a full 2011 plastic kit with graphics attached a month later with all the correct graphic changes but not the correct years plastics. I emailed them to tell them I couldn't use a few of the plastics and they responded fairly quickly. After going back and forth very cordially, I asked them to just send the graphic and I would use the current plastic on my bike. (In order to save time and headache) A month later (today) I got not only the correct plastics but the right graphics as well. I thought all was lost but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I spoke to was kind. Took 2 months with corrections but I finally got what I needed. Thanks guys. (I also should mention that around day 50, I made a partial dispute with my CC company to cover my behind if the correction didn't show up.)
