Not sure looking at the reviews how Printchain can go from 5 stars to 1 star, they must be competitors giving 1 stars. As a Sole Trader I have dealt with Printchain for a number of years and have found their service and quality of products fantastic with no complaints. They have just completed a £6,500 job for me which I was worrying about given the sum involved. My client was extremely happy and the process went as smooth as one could wish for. Millie and the team were absolutely amazing when another print company told us at 4pm that they had lost our order when our event was at 6pm! Been using Printchain for our corporate printing for a few years now. Excellent service from these guys. The in-House design team are quick to respond to queries and communicate quickly if they require any amends to the artwork before putting through the print process - especially Arran, who has taught me a thing or two previously. The after-sales and accounts communication is well above what I've typically encountered with other printers, which is really refreshing. Millie is my go-to contact for anything account management related and helps me out every time. With regards to turnaround times Printchain don't disappoint. 9 times out of 10 my orders have arrived early with the remainder arriving on time. Bespoke orders are also offered and more than once they have provided me with a service not typically found on their website - which I've been unable to find anywhere else. You are unlikely to find a more competitive price around Manchester (believe me, I've tried!) so the lower cost often comes in handy when I need to pay extra for quicker turnaround on projects, because jobs have been passed down at short notice. Even with the added cost to turn the job around quicker the cost always comes in at lower than competitors' prices. Overall I'd recommend Printchain to anyone seeking Good quality, competitive print services in & around Manchester. Their customer service is great, print quality is really good and they offer a wide range of services ranging from corporate to personalised.
