J. R.Requested additional text on existing headstone. They only made some of agreed changes and then seemed surprised when I was upset about this. However, they agreed to complete the job and did so without charging any extra. They also made a mistake on the invoice and then just changed it without explaining why. A bit sloppy and poor communication.
