Such an incredible first experience ! Straightforward and easy to understand website, and ordering options. Very responsive online chat option, with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Spoke to the same advisor (Steve) 3 times and he knew exactly what was happening with my order. Fully informed throughout the process, and the delivery was so fast. Ordered some calendars, and from start to finish the whole process from ordering to receiving my order was 5 days. Phenomenal ! Can’t fault the service at all. Great value and fantastic quality.

Ordered some brochures last minute. There was an error with the upload, and the team when out of their way to ensure the delivery still arrived on time. Can contact via an online chat (which I'm normally not a fan of), but the guys at the other end (particularly Steve) were informative and pro-active. On top of that really good quality end product. They did a fantastic job, we uploaded a PDF invitation design and they made sure it was printed correctly, going right to the edge of the card. It was significantly faster and cheaper than we were quoted for Vistaprint.

I am so impressed by Digital Printing. I had been hunting about for a printer to produce the orders of service, menus and place cards for my daughter's wedding in mid-June. I couldn't find one that would produce just the look we wanted on good quality card and paper, for a reasonable price. Digital Printing were brilliant. The online ordering system is very easy, I was able to look at a pack of sample papers beforehand, which were all very good quality. Then I simply emailed them my master copy, which I had prepared using my standard word processing package, with some instructions on how I wanted them to look. They returned the whole package within 3 days and they were exactly what I wanted. The quality was very good. The price was incredibly reasonable. I would go to them again every time.

Faultless. I use various printing companies depending on the products required and this is the first time I have used Digital Printing. I ordered 8 A4, and 8 A3 posters all of different designs. The whole online process is very well designed and very easy to understand. The posters were dispatched very quickly (although I'd recommend changing from Parcel Farce for delivery). The quality of the posters was excellent. The colours are vivid and crisp and they look great up in the venue they were printed for. The client is extremely happy with them. I will definitely use this company again. Excellent value for money, easy to use online quote system and fast printing and delivery.

I experienced an amazing and outstanding service having placed an order for a ‘Stapled A4 booklet’. The result was amazing, the service outstanding and the support obligingly helpful. I requested they ran checks of my artwork for any unsatisfactory, glaring artwork errors before printing and was contacted by Phillip Spratt from the Prepress Team, who gave me guidance and recommendations to improve my file. After taking his advice, I uploaded a file and within a short time was emailed to say my order was on its way. When it arrived, I was AMAZED at the finished booklet! The website is user friendly, gives guidance templates and a quote and ordering service which is easy to follow. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to colleagues and friends. Very impressive; excellent!

I find prices very competitive, they also sent me a sample pack which was helpful because I did not have ideas of how the different types of finishing were like. Good quality and fast delivery times. I once had an issue with one order and they promptly contacted me to solve that out. I would highly recommend them.

Poor customer service, can't even read an email to see the order info. printed incorrectly with wrong finish. Wetransfer service is poor, never using this service again. UPDATE: was contacted by a lovely guy called ian, he was very understanding and reprinted my order free of charge! Really happy with how this resolved.

*Ammended* I've had a few problems when I order with this company. I've experienced half of the order missing, which was resolved but ended up missing the deadline for my publications as a result. I also found the options on the website confusing. I selected the option "flat sheet" when intending to order A4 copies of my CV to discover on arrival that flat sheet was the wrong option and that I should have selected "leaflet". With this order the post code was incorrect on the parcel which led to difficulties in collecting my parcel. Digital printing were able to resolve my problems, but I didn't receive any discounts or compensation for the mistake that they made - which led to me being unable to deliver a pre-ordered product to my customers on time. However, I did receive free postage on my next order which I have now made.
