Ordered a shell jacket to promote my business and the service I received from start to finish was first class. Wayne give me some good suggestions about the colours of the company name and showed me on a large TV screen what it would look like before I placed my order. An excellent, friendly service and definitely good value for money as the jacket was of a really high quality. Don't go anywhere else, try Franklin Ink first, and it's local 😄

Brilliant service, quick, fast and efficient. Everything done to your own specifications, nothing too much trouble and so helpful with their knowledge of designs and print made it an absolute pleasure to deal with them. They have a large screen TV on the wall so when you are choosing your design and colours the owner Wayne puts it up on screen so you can actually see what your design looks like and the colours which makes all the difference. Would never use anyone except them again total 5 star service from the first moment you pop in to see them couldn't fault their service or their friendliness it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I have 30 women very very happy with their t shirts.

Absolutely top class service from Wayne and his dad. We will never go anywhere else for t shirts printed. We had 30 Hen Party tops printed. Nothing was a bother and Wayne had great ideas on fonts/pics etc.. Everything is created on a big screen so you know what it will look like when printed. Great guys. Needed a local t shirt printing company in newcastle and found Franklin Ink. Very happy with the T Shirts they printed. Really good print and the T shirts were very good quality. Not like others I have purchased in the past form other printers. They also had a shop so was able to go down and pick the colour of the T shirt in person. Would definitely recommend!

When I first contacted Franklin ink I knew from the word go that these guys were very professional accommodating and generally nice fellas they've produced some fantastic work wear for me including hoodies t-shirts caps and jackets not only did they produce my work clothing they also sat down with me and took the time to design my new company logo which I'm over the moon with nothing is too much for these guys. I needed 16 t-shirts printed and the photo I had was old and had a crease. The owner was able to take the crease out making it look fab. It only took a day for the t-shirts to be ready to collect. All in all a fab service.
