I would like to say that these guys are excellent. They have a fantastic customer service. I entered their shop with a few hours to my deadline to submit a printed version of my assignment, and they were very understanding, and were able to have it ready on time. Also the lady at the reception was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable of what services they offer at the shop.

We used Metro Repro to print our wedding invites for us. They were incredibly helpful and professional over the phone and explained what they offered and needed from us really clearly. After sending through our invites they confirmed receipt of them and got in touch straight away to take payment. They got them all printed to an incredibly high standard the same day with constant communication throughout. Can’t recommend this business enough, thanks a lot guys!

Best printing service I found in Newcastle. Most reasonable prices I found and the staff are happy to talk you through the process and are even open for experimentation. These guys did a great job of printing out double sided and binding my Microsoft Word 10 draft novels using a black plastic binder and transparent covers. They lent me a memory stick to transfer my files to them. The prices for each job was very reasonable and the job was done while I waited in the Flat Cap Cafe round the corner - several times for several different books. I will definitely use their services again. Very impressed.

I'm super-late posting this review as the guys did work for me about 3 months ago, but they did such a cracking job I wanted to make sure I let people know. They produced a huuuuge, huge last minute order for me overnight which allowed me to trade at an art fair the day after... as usual (I'm a return customer) the prints were high quality, the colouring was spot on and the attitude of the poor blokes working those couple of days was amazing. When I asked them how long this job would usually take they said 'a week'... I was mortified! ... but they pulled out all the stops for me! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! (And I promise I wont do that to you with a job again!! 😂)

Fast, friendly service with an easy to use website. We had an urgent print job and our printer wasn't working. Linda turned the job around in under an hour! We only needed normal documents of the kind you would usually print at work/home but we were very impressed at the high quality print/paper used too - a nice touch and good value for money. I especially liked how you can simply upload your job to their website, then they send you email confirmation when the job is complete. Fantastic service! Metro Repro is well-located close to the city centre (two minute walk from city library, Northumberland St. etc.) but there is also parking nearby if you need to drive there. Highly recommended!

Been using this family business for over 20 years now and the reason is the quality is fantastic and the turnaround is unsurpassed by any other supplier in the North East. No where else can you consistently get litho quality brochures same day or next day with no prior notice and these guys do it as standard. Always friendly and helpful and always keep to their word. I am disappointed to see a bad review for Metro Repro on here. They have provided an excellent service to us for the last 15yrs. They have extremely helpful staff that will bend over backwards to assist you where ever possible. We spend £10's of thousands of pounds each year with Metro Repro and we have not been let down once, which has included them working very late nights and weekends to allow us to get £20-100m construction tenders out to clients who have been impressed at the quality we have submitted. If you go anywhere else you are frankly mad.

Fast, easy and inexpensive. Go here for anything you need binding. All done within 2 minutes. If you are sick to death of the morons in Rymans who act like you've ruined their day by asking for something to bound and who's "Priority" service is 2 hours then go here. Only down side was I'd paid for an hour of parking which I didn't need! Fully recommend.

Fantastic customer service. I was a bit of a berk when PDF'ing my Master's Diss and the appendix was blurry so they reprinted it first thing the next morning for me. Unbelievable ******** 25 years we Northumbrian Water have been using Metro Repro and the standards and prices just get better ! From A0 archive plan scanning of 100 year old plans brought to life to Engineering Presentations submitted at Westminster London at the Institute of Civil Engineers all marvel at the standard of the work these guys do, no matter who you are I recommended strongly utilising Metro Repro the service of a 5 star rating is not good enough 5 stars plus is , thank you from us all at Northumbrian Water who have and still use this great company Kevin Miller
