They were very busy with another big order, but worked hard to fit our invites in, Andrew in particular was very helpful and worked with me to get the quality etc just right so we didn't have to substitute quality just because we were in a rush.
Also during the current pandemic provisions to enforce social distancing was done very well.

There were some minor issues with the first set of prints however as soon as I informed Photoline of them they immediately offered to replace them and rectify the issues. I called them got the printing my Covid RT PCR report to showcase it after landing in India. Offered me a time of 4-5 hours to get printing done. For me this is quite satisfactory and as per my need.

Toni was so lovely, she helps me days before with a color test of my invites because I wanted to see how was the color quality and that was amazing because you can’t do that in other places.

J. H.I like this place- most of the team are a great help, extra credit to Tara, Billy and the other chap who I've failed to catch his name yet. There is sadly one member of staff who doesn't provide the best service, and I've tried to avoid when possible. I believe called Andrew. One job was cut badly, and the way he talks down to customers I decided to re-visit the following week and Tara was a great help and re-printed to a high standard. A number of his comments were quite sarcastic and made it feel like using Photoline was a hindrance to him and other jobs he had on. Must say I've never had a problem with any of the other staff who are a great help, however when I've been allocated this member of staff for the print job I've not always received prints I was 100% happy with (crop marks, not trimmed well). I mentioned this in store and did seem to be something that had come up before. Almost seems as if he's trying to embarrass customers with superior knowledge sometimes. I'm not a super-regular customer but when visiting I do prefer it when I've been allocated another member of staff.
M. B.Service was very good I was seen to instantly, asked for an A3 and a 28x28cm on A3, no questions asked, printed and sorted within 10 minutes and I was more than happy with the price. Thinking about making a portfolio through this company and will definitely use them again in future projects.
