Excellent service and advice. Knowledge about cleaning print heads saved me £££s. I have a six colour and an eight colour printers, usually they have inks in stock, if not delivered next day. Also papers are reasonably priced.

Contacted the owner Raymond re my printer not printing.I searched google as there was an error code which when i followed the instructions the fault was still showing.Raymond asked me to brink it in.Raymond spent arond 30 mins looking at it.Eventually he got it working.Bought 2 refills.Biught the refills 2 weeks ago and my printer is still working.
