I wanted something for my hand printing. I needed a way of mounting Japanese paper using a dry mounting technique. Mounting Substrates couldn't have been more helpful sending out small samples for me to try. Of course I'm not using the product for it's designed purpose. When I did place my order it arrived promptly and the product is great quality. I shall keep using them going forward.

I wanted to say what exceptional service I received by this company! I ordered my products late at night a few days before Christmas hoping to receive them for a Christmas project. They were packed up and out for delivery the next day, I received an email to update me and to let me know my mobile number incorrect too. I called to give my correct number and see if I had ordered correctly because I was new to the products. I was pleasantly surprised when I not only was reassured that I had ordered the correct product for the job but was helped in depth about the products and the gentleman shared his pearls of wisdom. He was very helpful spending about 25 minutes explaining the use of his products. This is very rare nowadays as most companies don’t want to spend time on the phone once a sale has taken place but I received first class treatment. To top it off my parcel was tracked and I was informed by email by Richard at Mounting Substrates that my parcel would arrive before Christmas with a narrow delivery time so I need not have wasted a day at home. This order transaction was so smooth and i can highly recommend dealing with this company and especially Richard who is so knowledgable and passionate about his lines. Many thanks Wayne
