I have had reason to order some workwear from Shirtworks and despite not even having received the items yet ( which I am sure will be great ) felt I had to commend them on ease of transaction, helpful ordering system and final checks on artwork. Their customer service is efficient and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. I have dealt with a lady called Beatrice who has provided excellent customer support throughout my dealings. Well what to say about Shirtworks. Ordered stuff, stuff turned up on time! Superb quality, friendly service. They really do seem to go that extra mile when confirming details of artwork for the logo and placement of artwork on garments. A truly magnificent company with a great attitude towards their clients. Recommend!

I have ordered 2 sets of work wear now from Shirtworks and each time, found the service to be fast, friendly and efficient. The quality of the embroidery is very high. I have small lettering within my embroidered logo and Shirtworks were able to reproduce it clearly so that it can easily be read. The quality of the garments is also high - despite frequent wear and washing, the first set of t-shirts & fleeces have lasted a good 2 years without looking shabby or going shapeless and I'm quite sure the second set will do the same.

I've ordered staff t-shirts for my Hey Dude Shoes retailers employees and the prompt service, quality of T-shirt and print has been exceptional. Shirtworks certainly didn't short change us with the quality of the T-shirt. Several of my customers have now gone to them for their own business.

The quality of the finished product was good, but getting to the finished product was extremely frustrating and I very nearly cancelled my order. I initially submitted my logo and selected 30 jumpers as an initial quote to get an idea of overall costs before committing to an order. I then spent 3-4 weeks contacting work colleagues who work shift patterns to confirm sizes required and quantities. Once everything was confirmed I went online to complete the order and found the quote had risen from £435 to £479. I managed to obtain a discount over the phone but received a call an hour later advising me at the price had now gone up to £504 due to the logo being intricate. I advised that I would cancel the order if the price wasn't reduced and they did honour the original quote. There were delays in the jumpers being completed, and 4 days after they were due to be collected they got delivered. Alistair was helpful, but very difficult to understand on the phone as he speaks far too fast. I found the website to be frustrating as the quotes would change prices without any indication why, and additional charges for using certain payment methods added to the quote at checkout without prior warning. I'd hesitate to use this company again in the future.

I ordered just over 30 t-shirts from Shirtworks, excellent communication from the supervisor and they made sure that the products were exactly what I had asked for. The final t-shirts looked brilliant and the time taken to receive them was very short! Definately recommend Shirtworks to anyone who's looking to design their own t-shirts.

They're fabulous - Local, use good quality materials, are always at the end of a phone to deliver top customer service and always sure to meet demands, both in terms of price point and timings. I like their willingness to reduce price if you don't want things bagged, etc, the old adage is true that the devil is in the detail, and in my opinion Shirtworks are good at ensuring the detail is dealt with just splendidly - I always use them

SHIRTWORKS ARE AN EXCELLENT CARING COMPANY. I CAN UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMEND THEM. I have been using Shirtworks for several years and have had constantly superb service from them. Their range of T-shirt styles and brands, especially their ethical designs, are the most extensive I have found. I saw a previous review on here and felt compelled to post my own experience. I have used Shirtworks for both commercial design (team t-shirts etc) and for more specialist high quality work. Their quality is consistently high and their turn around times are excellent. They have worked closely with me to find the most appropriate T-Shirt design and have provided me with samples where appropriate. They have always been very helpful in giving me the advice I have needed regarding appropriate printing techniques, and choosing the most appropriate T-shirt design, to ensure my T-shirts and my designs are of the best quality. I have now had some of their T-Shirts for several years and the designs are still showing no deterioration. The T-shirts themselves are extremely long lasting with no signs of losing their shape. Their fees are extremely competitive and I cannot find anyone else that provides the service they do and beat them on fees. In the early days I tried other companies who were slightly cheaper but regretted it because of the poor quality product and back up service. Whenever I have contacted them they have responded the same day and are always extremely courteous. Their web site is easy to follow and their explanatory videos are very useful. Their quotes have always been straightforward with no “hidden”or unusual charges. They also offered me a price match, which I used. On my one visit to their shop I found their service and help matched that which I had received via their website. To summarise I have found that Shirtworks is one of those rare businesses where you can buy a high quality product from a wide range of choices, with great back up service and at an extremely competitive price.

I went through Shirtworks to order t-shirts for a hen do, however I was really confused on the details of how it should be set out, which font size, font etc. I explained to a member of staff called Aaron on generally how I would like it to be set out, but explained that I wasn't too sure on the design. Aaron kindly sent over design templates, and helped with formatting and designing the shirts as explained. We received our order a lot quicker then I anticipated it would take. Myself and the others were extremely pleased with the design and the t-shirts looked great! Thank you for your kind assistance. I would definitely recommend your services to others :)
