J. M.Product looks good so far. After-sales service could be better. I'm trying to get an issue resolved and the agent is using incomprehensible language and then "closing the ticket" before clarifying what they mean/responding to my email.

I was contacted directly to discuss the below events as per my original review and AA Labels have accepted they have fallen short of their usual customer service (we are a customer of many years and this was highly unusual).
I feel it is only reasonable and fair to make this review at least more neutral to reflect that they have taken ownership of this series of events and they have offered a solution both to the ongoing order, and, to avoid this happening to other customers in the future.

Sold a product online with no indication this was out of stock (Feb 2022) to be informed this will be completed and dispatched 30th May 2022
Asked for an update on 28th May 2022 to be informed dispatch would now by July 2022
Offered multiple alternatives (all more expensive) and would not honour any of these at the same price in order to keep the order
Customer service blunt, rude and unhelpful
Refused to process a complaint and refused to offer a refund until asked.
ISO 9001 Quality standards... I think your accredited body needs to look more closely at your procedures, your failing multiple major points.
