I have used Netprinter before, and recently ordered more sewing patterns to be printed from PDF format. I can only commend the owners of this company. Despite the lockdown situation and the additional stresses, staffing and capacity problems that this has caused, they have been exceptionally helpful and prompt in responding to my query. I understand Netprinter has been busy producing patterns for NHS scrubs, and have understandably given this very worthwhile service the priority it deserves. In addition, they are working with reduced staff capacity to fulfil all their other orders, including those from sewers like myself who find sewing relaxing in these difficult times. Netprinter has updated their website to keep customers informed of the slightly longer dispatch time, and I would recommend to anyone considering using their service that the finished product, and overall customer service is well worth the wait.
