I have had fantastic service from Edible Print Supplies, they always give really good advice and help if there are any issues. Their delivery time for products is great, and they always send out orders promptly. I have been a customer for over 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else, as I value excellent customer service and this is what I get from Matt and the team at EPS - thanks for a wonderful service!!!!

I had placed an order for a printer bundle which was promptly sent and received. However, upon receiving the bundle I realised there had been an error with the icing sheets. I emailed EPS and my issue was very quickly resolved. I had phone calls/emails from the owners with their apologies and they where very kind enough to post me some new icing sheets with next day delivery which was really appreciated. I just want to praise their customer service and how they dealt with my issue. 10/10 and I cant wait to come back for another order.

Two years ago , I bought the first printer kit , honestly I couldn't be happier - very easy to install and use , no mess. The cartridges are easy to refill and easy to change. Recently I had a problem with the printer and Matt has been very helpful, he sorted the problem straight away . To be honest, the situation wasn't easy - printer being use in Romania but Matt helped with all the information I needed to know, and he came with the best solution. Very pleased with customer service !!!

What a fantasy service. I discovered the website about 1:30 on a Friday and really wanted a start up package for a cake on Saturday. I emailed the customer support and was informed if I ordered before 2pm it would arrive, so I placed the order and within 10 minutes I received a £20 off as I could not see how to put in the discount code and before 10am on the Saturday the printer had arrived and by 11 am I had my first cake topper printed. I ordered at 2.06pm yesterday (just missing cut off for next day delivery) but my supplies arrived at 10.58am this morning. Incredible service and great communications from Dorector Matt to inform me of despatch too. I've purchased EPS supplies via Amazon previously but would highly recommend going direct as the service and comms are second to none. It's great to be able to support another family business rather than the big wigs and this family business certainly gives a great feeling when you deal with them. Thank you... My canon printer fell just over the 12 month guarantee and started not recognising the ink cartridges. I tried everything suggested, I contacted Matt numerous times who emailed me back and phoned wirh suggestions. After this didn’t work he arranged for collection of the printer and organised repair at canon all free of charge. I was kindly sent a brand new printer and still had some issues, I contacted Matt again who provided an exceptional service, had patience and we got there in the end 😊 would definitely recommends buying from This company ****

Very pleased with the products and the customer service I received. I have a Can ix6850 and had purchased inks from other suppliers with the most disastrous results. I was about to give up and I came across EPS. Why didn't I just gave up? Well I called them and they do pick their phones, they are polite and they are there to help you. They also have common sense as they send my items with DPD as they know that Royal Mail has massive delays. At last my printer works and I now have a supplier that is there to help me with edible printing. Thank you EPS for being so professional!

My edible printer died last week and it was nigh on impossible to find a printer in the whole of the North & South of Ireland! Jon at Edible Print Supplies came to my rescue. From our first phone call through all of my mad emails he was extrememly helpful and professional. He found a better courier option which meant despite Brexit shipping issues, a global pandemic & being in N.Ireland within only 48 hours I had a brand new printer, paper and inks on my doorstep and was up and running in minutes.
