I don't know much about ink cartridges so I was like pretty nervous walking in, wasn't sure what type of ink cartridge or printer I owned but the refill man was very welcoming and even wrote down the details I didn't know about above so I would not forget lol. Very helpful man, He even refilled my ink cartridge instead of replacing it which saved me some money, not so afraid of ink cartridges now aha. 👌👌
