Abbey Office Solutions first provided us with a printer around 4 years ago now. We've worked with them ever since and have always been very pleased with the level of support we get, when needed. They're always very prompt sending someone out to service the machine when we request it and consumables arrive within 1 day whenever we order them. There have also been times we've had to pop over to pick something up at short notice and they're always well stocked and friendly. Would definitely recommend to other businesses.

Having previously purchased a printer for £250 online for our office, I decided to take the plunge and lease a new printer due to having the requirements for a more robust machine. Luke came out to meet me to discuss my options and I was very impressed. After listening to my requirements for the office, he suggested a printer that ticked all the boxes on with my wish list. He didn't push the most expensive machine but simply listened to what I wanted and delivered. Having not leased a machine for a number of years I had numerous questions, which Luke answered confidently on the spot. The ordering of the machine was easy and they delivered on the date that I wanted (which was about a week after ordering). A team of 2 came out to deliver/install the machine and were super quick/helpful. Within a matter of days, some of the team in the office were having issues with the printing due to the thickness of the paper we use. Before they had the chance to tell me, Abbey's support team called up and said they had noticed via their online diagnostics that the machine wasn't printing properly and sent someone out the same day to amend the settings so that the machine recognises we use thicker paper. Very efficient and very impressive they called us before we needed to call them with an issue. Would highly recommend!!

We used Abbey to source furniture for the meeting room in our new office. Luke came to the office to have a look at the 'blank canvas' then took the time to understand my requirements before going through the options. I changed my mind a couple of times after the meeting but Luke was patient and always quick to respond. The furniture was delivered promptly and exactly as described. Very happy with the service and price and will be using Abbey again should the need arise.

Wayne and Team have just provided us with a new photocopier, after 5 years of seriously good service looking after our old machine. Although we shopped around for a better price, we didn't find one, which is a good result for us as we didn't want to leave a team with such good customer and tech support. Abbey Office have also printed our Christmas Cards for the last three years and do a great job. Fully recommend, the whole team are professional and reliable with quick service.
