I didn't have a clue to what DSLR and lens combination I needed or wanted, however after a brief email and conversation with Marc he recommended Nikon D7500. He did me a great deal and it was all delivered as promised. Great service, I will definitely be using for any future purchases. Totally recommend.

I've just used the mail order service via the Southampton shop, to buy Sony cameras. I changed my mind on receipt of the first unit and bought a different camera. Great to deal with and the refund was fast. Very helpful staff, good prices and quick delivery too. Excellent.

Saw a used Canon EF 180mm f 3.5 L for sale on their website. After a bit of conversation, I decided to purchase it after I’d spoken to Paul. It arrived as described, well packed, fully tracked and on time. Very happy indeed with the service and would recommend.

Recently visited this store to purchase a new G Master lens for my Sony camera. Carl was a great help in the process and helped me make sure I had the appropriate filter for the lens. Not the first good experience I've had in this store and I doubt it'll be my last.

Bought a camera here, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. What I also like, is that if they don't have a product, they'll recommend a competitor who might! (A quality rarely found: when shops care more about the customer than the money)

Had to return a Fuji 50-140mm lens as had been sold with damaged thread so was unable to use filters. To be fair to LCE this was something that would have been hard to notice when selling the item (and filters not usually associated with 70-200mm equivs). Sent it back accordingly and they have confirmed repair at no cost and refunded my postage to them (£27.60 for insurance purposes) without quibble. Very happy...just a loss of a star due to no updates (which would have been nice)...I had to call them. But polite and courteous when I called.

Certainly one of the most helpful LCE Group stores that I have ever been to! The staff here will bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. The Manager (Paul) and Deputy Manager (Marc) always go the extra mile to ensure that everything is just perfect, both with pre and post sales questions and support. They are never afraid to contact their manufacturers reps to resolve issues with products. While the second LCE store (at the other end of town) has a larger stock of products, the array of stock here is plentiful. If they don't have something in stock, then the chances are they can get it. All staff in this store have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I would definitely visit this store again.
