Great place, the gentleman helped my husband and I choose a frame a get a picture printed off - he framed it for us within 15 minutes. The price was amazing too - we will definitely use them again. Really happy - the customer service and friendliness compared to a few others we popped into beforehand (London Road/Bedford Place), was markedly different. Thumbs up!

We Are Norwegian Football fans, and found no way to get fan shirts this morning for the game tonight vs Northern Ireland, bought our own shirts and had this helpful gentleman put text on them for us 👍

I took 2 champagne flutes to be engraved for my sons wedding. I asked for 1 to be named Mr ….. and the other Mrs …… the owner asked if I would like a ring engraved as well which was nice- the engraving was £30. I went to pick the glasses up 2 days before the wedding. Unfortunately the engraving was not what I had asked for. The assistant in the shop phoned the owner who advised he was in holiday so wouldn’t be able to correct the mistake, so my only option was to leave the glasses with them and have a refund - I explained I would not have time to source replacements and get them engraved- the owner also said he would not offer a partial refund either. So I was stuck with glasses I didn’t ask for. I would have given more stars if the owner had a bit more Christmas spirit, considering it was his mistake not mine!

If there is an occasion where I want something printed I have alway gone here. The man is always polite and friendly and I have never been disappointed with products so far. Went a couple days ago for A4 photo and frame and the price was really good too. Highly recommended this place.

I’m happy to recommend and award five stars for this specialist photography, printing and gift related place. Located next to the “London Camera Exchange” shop it offers many different services from printing, copying, restoring, framing and gifts and lots more. The staff are friendly and helpful too. It’s filled with specialist equipment to help you get the results you need. It’s a little cramped inside but enough for half a dozen people to get around. They also sell 35mm and 120 roll film for the older type cameras, such as Ilford FP4. Well worth the visit.

Hoss was very good and patient with my elderly mother when she came in and needed her passport photos for renewing. Unfortunately Im in London and she didn't get the code needed for me to do it online for her but this was not a problem for Hoss when I called him (and on a Sunday too)!. He text and emailed me to confirm when he was back in the shop the following day and 30mins later I had completed it all online for my mother. Fantastic service for the older generation that needs that little bit of help. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much to Hoss who processed my photos beautifully on luster photo paper - they were wedding photos shot on 4 ilford B&W films ISO 100, 125 and two 400's. They were also scanned and shared via wetransfer. They came out beautifully (in print and digital format!) and my friends love them! Service was quick and friendly, Hoss has lots of knowledge and understanding of what I needed. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I have used Kodak Photogenic in Southampton several time and Hoss provides a very professional services. Friendly and of course good prices for printing photos or taking family pictures. I use his service every year to keep my family memories safe by photobook printing or in a frame. I have no hesitation to recommend him. several of my friends have thanked me already for recommending this quality photo services.

I had to print a few pages. I was charged £2 for 5 pages, apparently £1 fee for the email and 20p per page. What concernes me more is that I had to remind the gentleman to actually delete my email of the inbox.
