We have started using Wessex clothing and this was our third order through them. Unfortunately due to stock demands, our order was not possible however Wessex quickly identified this and sent through multiple options and made the process very easy. The turn around on the products was excellent and the quality of the printing was better than before. I would 100% recommend using them for a great all round service. Brilliant company and excellent customer service.

Super helpful took in some trilby to get initials put on and even though they couldn't do exactly what I wanted they were more than willing to offer help and advice, eventually found a solution and I think the hats look great for a gift to my mates for our coming holiday!

So pleased with how my jacket turned out! Went in with bleach spots and a few scuffs , came out with one of the coolest denim jacket I’ve ever seen ! , lovely staff and a great job done . Highly recomend.

Reece at Wessex Custom Clothing has exceeded my expectations when helping printing my daughters training attire. I sent Wessex two waxed cotton gilets for embroidery. A bit of a schedule and me being fussy about thread colour. They were very, very helpful and no tiny adjustment to size, position or colour was too much trouble. And believe me, I was being exacting; these gilets were expensive! The finished job is perfect and I am really pleased. Really pleased. If you're in the market for custom and bulk embroidery or textile printing, you would be mad to go anywhere else - unless your place matches this review.

Wessex Clothing totally saved the day! My client was let down at the last minute by another provider (grrr) we didn't imagine Wessex could meet our crazy unrealistic deadline having been left in the lurch. But Kerzang! Not only did they manage to save the day, but they were super mega helpful in all their communication - being proactive when the deadline was so tight by talking to us on the phone and making sure everything was as we needed. We are so happy, and the end result is perfect but not only do our bags look amazing, the way we got there was really refreshing old skool brilliant customer service. So there are only two screen printing, t shirt designing custom clothing companies in Southampton. So decided to visit both stores. I needed a fun charity simple design t shirt, with a front and back Mexican design. The first place I went to was the most atrocious customer service, outrageously rude and no understanding of what I needed or wanted and no feedback or anything. So with an open mind I went to Wessex clothing with my eyes closed hoping these would be better. What a contrast, a completely different experience. The guys in there, actually listened to me, what I really wanted and even came up with suggestion, and ideas. Absolutely Fantastic customer service, great quality printing and t shirts, they sorted me out a great price for the amount I needed. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they have a vast amount of time for you and styles and quality of t shirts. No job is to small for them. Thank you Wessex clothing for bringing back some good old fashioned customer service.

Rhys and Rhys have both been fantastic providing great customer service and communication. The items of clothing chosen were good quality, but sizing wasn't consistent as a medium varied rather alot between polo shirts, hoodies and jackets. It would have helped if a variety of sizes were available to try in the shop. I would use again.
