Absolutely fantastic service. Something that the NHS would not even touch was sorted in the first sitting. My son walked out with a missive smile on his face and couldn’t believe how much his hearing was fixed in an instant. Could not recommend enough and well worth the money. Been suffering with blocked ear for over a month. Used the normal oil etc but nothing was working. Phoned up Viney had an appointment the next day. No waiting around, straight in very good in terms of social distancing in these COVID-19 times. Everything was explained well, was put as ease straight away. The suction can be a little noisy, nothing extreme. Within 10 minutes both ears had been cleaned, what a difference. If you need ear wax removing don’t hesitate, book an appointment you will not regret it.

My partner has been having treatment with Vineys for a couple of years and was upset at his last treatment however Vineys have tried to make amends so I'm altering my previous review. Apart from the last appointment he's always been happy with his treatment. Follow up customer service has been more than appreciated. It would be spiteful to punish them with a low score after they have gone to such lengths to make things right.

While visiting Swansea last week, I had my ears micro-suctioned at the Viney Hearing Care Centre as I was very deaf due to wax build up. It was so quick and easy and MUCH better than syringing at the Doctor's. They also fitted me in at very short notice which was much appreciated and the whole experience was just fantastic! Appointment on 11th September 2019 Great experience. Have had traditional syringing previously. The micro vacuum suction process used here was, for me, a far better process and the result is I can now hear well again. Unbelievable how much wax can build up in such a small space. Fantastic. Lyn Fishlock 17/01/2019 Viney Hearing was recommended by my audiologist. I arrived early for my appointment, was greeted politely by Debbie and to my surprise was offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst waiting. When my appointment commenced Ben looked at the internal ear photographs I had brought with me and then checked my ears himself. He then explained the procedure to me highlighting the fact that it tends to be quite noisy - which it was. Apart from that the experience was much better than having my ears syringed. Nice people, excellent service - already booked my next appointment.

Attended the centre with my 82 year old mum. This review is posted on her behalf. We arrived and were greeted warmly. My mum had microsuction of both ears. The procedure was explained very well by a very polite young man. The procedure itself was quick, thorough and well organised. In all the visit as approximately 20 minutes. Went for micro suction treatment on my ears to remove that real nuisance of wax, perfect solution, rather than the old fashioned system of syringe and water treatment. This was the third time I have had the treatment here in Sketty at Vineyard Hearing Care. Just once a year, that's all I need now. Good service and the efficiency of the removal is , I am sure better than the old syringe system. I would most certainly recommend it.

I am a regular visitor to Vineys, about once every 9 months due to ongoing ear wax problems. Last Wednesday 20th May was about my fifth visit for microsuction. The treatment takes about 10 minutes and is painless, just a bit noisy! I would highly recommend this family business for a quick, efficient and effective treatment carried out by friendly and professional staff. In contrast I have found ear syringing very invasive and uncomfortable. Microsuction is worth every penny. Having said that I had the treatment for free as I'm a key worker (Community Occupational Therapist). Robert Frew 22/11/2018 I have very small ears - especially for a boy of 16. They had become blocked with wax which was very painful and I had lost the ability to hear. My doctor was unhappy about syringing them. A friend recommended Viney Hearing to me and I was not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything clearly. They are a most professional centre. They used microsuction to remove the wax and. although this was slightly uncomfortable during the process, it was great to be able to hear clearly. My mum has been twice and my 93 year old grandma is going also. That's how confident we are in their service.

I recently attended the Whitchurch Cardiff branch for microsuction, The receptionist made me feel comfortable and both audiologists were super professional. The ear wax was solid in one ear and it took a great deal of patience and a second (free) visit to remove the black plug. Why had I left it so long before seeking help? I am pleased to comment on my first visit to this hearing care centre for and afternoon appointment - Ear wax removal on the 7th March 20019.. The premises were easy to find with parking available at a reasonably [priced Pay/display immediately behind the centre. Arriving in good time prior to my appointed time I was warmly welcomed by the friendly ,courteous, efficient receptionist and offered tea/coffee. Puntcually I was met by the practitioner Tom,, who explained the suction procedure clearly and reassuringly, then carrying out the removal, completed in minutes. I was also given a free examination afterwards which was most worthwhile and completed in about 20 minutes. A first class service in every respect. - Highly recommended

Visited Viney Hearing Care at their new Whitchurch, Cardiff location today. Very helpful and informative staff. Everything explained in an understandable way and I was even able to see the inside of my ear on their laptop screen when they looked inside it (fascinating). 27/8/19 Jest bean to the Viney Hearing care Ltd .I go about twice a year because I get problems with earwax build up .Think its due to my job as a tree surgeon olways wearing ear defenders etc .My hearing declines to about 50% .its then i go to see the nice people at the Viney. 10,minutes later my hearing is back to 100% .It,s amazing. Quick and painless .These guys really know what thay are doing. A clean and professional service from an Excellent company The staff are amazing veary helpful and professional.
