It was then recieved with in 7 days ( I can't remember exactly how long, but I did think wow that was a fast service). It was a great quality product and the embroidery had correct spelling. I ordered a NHS Fleece and Cardigan and i needed to message the owner Shawn about putting extra embroidery on both my fleece and Cardigan it was no trouble he messaged me back straight away. They were delivered very quickly the quality excellent . Working in a hospital they need to be washed frequently and they wash very well.
