F. H.I had a large bundle of papers for a court claim that I needed scanned and emailed to me urgently with multiple pages per PDF (which I cannot do!). It was a Friday afternoon and I was only hoping to get them done same day, not expecting to. I had phoned to ensure it was okay in the morning, but by the time I had got there in the afternoon James had discovered that a previous customer's document had left a sticky residue on the plate which made it unusable. Nevertheless James committed to not let me down and drove to another office to use an alternative scanner. By the time he arrived back with my originals it was half an hour past closing time - and it was 36 degrees heatwave. Top marks for exceptional customer service - James went well above and beyond, and it's not as if it was a big important order - just very important to me! I was also very impressed by Mark, the designer, for his exceptional politeness and patience as well as his flexible and helpful approach to design, which I was watching and listening to with critical interest. James was determined not to let me down, which is rare these days when most businesses couldn't give a hoot. Well done James and Mark - absolutely amazing customer service, thank you so much.

Minuteman turned this around in such an efficient time I was highly impressed, after popping in to collect my order, I have a list of other products I will be looking to get as the service and quality is second to none.
