Have previously used online printers for print jobs due to price but this time I found Orchard just as competitive and knew a local independent printer would offer superior service and quality. Had 100,000 flyers printed with great results. From initial quote to final delivery the service has been personal and excellent and I can't recommend Jason and his team highly enough.

My first impressions were of great customer service. I needed an A3 document printed in full bleed on 200gsm paper with a satin finish. They were able to facilitate my requirements when other printing services I had previously visited couldn't. We unexpectedly needed some documents scanned urgently for a visa application and the consulate would only accept high resolution scans from a ‘proper machine’. The art work would be used to decorate goodie bags and make head bands for the staff to wear during the celebrations. I've worked with lots of printers and Orchard Press has by far been the best! Great customer service, fast delivery, prices are reasonable and quality is great. Many printers I've worked with in the past have been "pinickity" about bleed margins etc and used to take days to come back saying they needed a change of format etc., which is disruptive to a business as it cuts into valuable marketing time. Orchard Press however are straight forward in that they just need a good quality pdf and will answer any questions very promptly. They typically get a finished product out to me in 1-2 days, amazing. We're a small but growing business and will be sticking with Orchard press for all our flyers, posters and fold outs.

These guy's are fantastic. I bought some stand up banners for an event my company hosted at The Lowry Theatre in Manchester. It as our first event so we needed everything to be perfect but unfortunately I went to a cheap online service before I knew of Orchard and it was a disaster; the delivery was late and then we found that the stand up banners would not stand up! Luckily I found Sam on LinkedIn, my network seemed to like her so I gave Orchard a go and thank God I did. We got a better design, prompt delivery and they were quality.
