As a business, it's so important to us to not waste any time trying to get a printer to work or to connect to various computers. The Camelott Team were very helpful and made sure everything was up and running before leaving us to it.

K. M.We are a delivery company based in Wednesbury and needed to lease an office printer for printing, copying and scanning to compliment our new high-tech facilities and recently acquired building.
Camelott provided us with a solid Managed Print Solution with a fast turnaround, this was implemented when all other MPS offerings fell through. They were able to expedite the service & installation so I could meet targets set. We currently have three Toshiba photocopiers (MFP’s) running flawlessly that have required no maintenance or micro-management since installation date (6+ months ago). We were very pleased with the low price of the copiers offered also.
Generally speaking, the only contact I have with Camelott is a catchup with them checking in to see if everything is okay and to see if there’s any issues or improvements, they can implement… When I did have to finally contact Camelott for technical assistance, they were happy to help there and then and managed to determine the fix.

John quickly arranged a meeting with the customer and worked through their requirements and budget and came up with a solution that fitted both.
John’s team worked around the customers unsociable working patterns and Camelott’s skilled implementation engineer went onto site and set up the printer.

D. F.As a primary school based in Warrington, we needed a 32” Interactive touch table for our nursery setting. Camelott Digital provided us with a great machine that ticked all the boxes for our needs. As one of the only machines with 5 years warranty and free apps and a great price, we were happy to proceed. We have certainly got our use out of the machine, and they have recently shown us other ways we can get even more use and increasing its worth. We have been so pleased with it we have added a second touch table to work within our bubble groups over Covid.
Since then, Camelott Digital have supplied our classes with a set of laptops which were delivered fully set up and ready to go.
My teachers have commented on the new laptops and are jealous as they are better than the ones they are using.
More recently we have received our second-floor standing colour photocopier from Camelott complete with booklet making facilities. This was such a step up from our existing machines and the teachers love the fact the colour quality was better than the Konica Minolta, with our school colour of purple now being able to be printed instead of the ‘Blue ‘ we used to get.
PDF’s don’t clog the print queue anymore either and to copy and staple exam papers is now one click of a button and so easy
We can print great quality large banners for the school now and our Camelott machines were the preferred devices when Ofsted came in despite two other machines from another manufacturer being available.
Camelott Digital is providing excellent service and has answered all of my queries swiftly, ensuring we had exactly what we wanted at very competitive prices.
All of the goods were delivered and set up on-site promptly with friendly and training and a level of service that has been a breath of fresh air. I would have no problem with recommending Camelott Digital to anyone looking for interactive touch tables (smart screens), laptops or photocopiers.
