We use this company quite often for supplies for our small business and so far, they are providing good quality items and we haven't had an issue with them. Longforte are quick to deliver, the products are great and the experience is easy. The prices are also really reasonable.

Fantastic company to deal with. As a small business I can buy as many items as I want but equally if I only want one that's OK too and Prices are very reasonable. Not every company offers this service. So I have/will be a return customer.

Really bad service takes ages to get through, then when you do the girl on the phone is really unprofessional and clueless. Then in a response on here call me a liar (unprofessional again) .Saying a girl does not answer the phone when it clearly was, and my order was placed at 12.18. not the time they stated. I have changed my review from one star to 3 star purely based on service and there response to my review if the service matched their products it would be 5 star. The products they sell are great i will be honest 5 star, Dispatch time is sub par to my other suppliers. I would use again, just not bother with customer service. This seems to be a recurring problem as with other reviews on here. Service is king for business owners buying

I have made several orders with this company and they are always helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries that I may have. I did have one tiny issue with one of my orders but one email was all it took to have this issue resolved. Friendly company and great products!
