I ordered a few roller banner from these guys on Monday midday as my usual supplier had let me down. Was a big deal as we use printed banners all the time. They went above and beyond to get my order out - it turned up Tuesday morning. Have to say the quality of the print is better than our normal supplier and the banner stand is good quality. Can't recommend them highly enough (hence actually sitting down and bothering to write a positive review for a change!)

I have been using SignFirm for several years for a few Businesses I am involved with and they have always produced fantastic quality work. We have recently opened a Car Repair Garage and I instructed SignFirm to make up all of our signage and POS material. We had a slight issue with one of the signs (surrounding supplied artwork), but Kev and his team were more than happy to assist me in getting this right for my needs. They even made 2 separate visits over to our Premises to ensure everything was just so. Obviously when starting a new business it is important to give the right impression to customers, which they more than recognised. They offer genuine customer care and are not just a typical online printing service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as a Company and will continue to use them in future. I wanted to be invoiced, even offered to send a cheque then have them made ... however the firm only will allow orders via a credit card, I wanted to order extra bases you cant do that via the website, It took about 5 emails to get to the point of order it through the website. The service once ordered seemed straight forward and quick However still don't quite know how to order extra bases ?
