I've used PEP a number of times now after being recommended them. Great customer service seems to be a rare thing these days however it's live and kicking at PEP. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team are always very helpful when it comes to answering my questions. On a number of occasions I've needed print on a tight turnaround and they've always been accommodating even at their busiest of times. If you're after a quality print job, I can't recommend PEP highly enough.

I took my design card in to get printed in two days. I was pleased that it didn't cost too much for 100. I counted the cards several times when I got home and discovered that there were 23 short from the 100. I rang and told them thinking that they would replace the 23 but the gentleman said that they would replace the 100. I objected but he insisted so I accepted it and they even delivered. I would use PEP again.
