Took a small batch of baby pictures there, the quality was amazing compared to the supermarket photo shops for just a little more in price. Have taken a bigger batch since and again, the quality is amazing! Also had trading cards printed there and blown up a picture to a larger size for a frame. They have the tech to make all sorts! A good shop to have locally.

Steve and Anna were fanstastic helping my wife and I get an Australian passport photo. After the Passport office rejected the first photo Anna went above and beyond in meeting the requirements. They also would not accept any further payment for the additional work they put in trying to get this correct. I would recommend them for any photo requirements and will use them for further photo projects planned. Thier service is second to none.

Brilliant service! . We ordered a bespoke mug, to be picked up the next day, but we had to leave York suddenly, and had to have it posted out to us, nothing was a problem to them! definitely recommend them! Will order from them again.

I contacted York Digital Image late on a Friday as I need my dissertation printing the following morning. They got back to me very quickly and agreed to it the next morning. We needed to get a larger batch of photos printed for an exhibition, and the people at York Digital did their very best. There was a slip up on our side concerning some finer details, but they helped us out to the very end. Professional people and the best quality prints you can practically buy these days. Great prices and quality of printing. However measurements were far off what were requested even though the measurement specifications were in the file's name, requested in an email and confirmed over the phone with member of staff. A booklet for a CD album was requested and is of excellent quality, both the paper and printing. However the back cover was far off the correct sizing and was even smaller than the booklet. Slightly disappointing but overall great value and quality.

Not being a review type of person, whatever that is, after my experience today I thought it should leave one. Having the disappointment of my normal 35mm film development shop Boots’ lab breaking today I thought I’d try York Digital Image. From kind and swift service to ultra high quality prints and CD upload of my 35mm Fuji 200 film pics I was more than impressed, helped by the fact is was 60% the price of Boots and within the hour! Got a great service from friendly and cooperative staff. It was also the only place I could find in the centre of York that would allow me to have full bleed on a bound booklet. I picked it up the next day and found that the booklet was of good quality and the binding was very nice. I was also surprised how cheap it was. Would recommend to someone needing a perfect bound booklet in York.

I found York Digital Image purely by chance whilst shopping in York. I had been thinking, for a couple of years, of getting some bespoke Christmas cards printed for my 'alter-ego' Billy no Mates, just for a bit of fun. A really helpful guy called Nick dealt with me and he couldn't possibly have done any more ! I already had the logo for my tag 'Billy no Mates' and between us we designed the finished card on the computer in the shop, Nick spent quite a while with me, trying different borders etc. until I was happy with the result. Nick then sent it to print, I ordered and was able to come away with 50 cards (though I could have ordered less) the very same day. The finished card is exactly what I wanted and only cost me £1.00 per card ....... The only problem is that as 'Billy no Mates', I now have 50 Christmas cards but no mates to send them to ...... lol.
