I went to the pharmacy. The queue was very long and I had to wait for a while. If there is another pharmacy available I would suggest that you use that one. If the queue is not so bad, the customer service is excellent, so it's definitely worth popping your head in the door to see how busy it is first.

Went to see the Black Friday deals on men's cologne/perfume. Unfortunately there is only a small cabinet and there were not many in sale. The branch was not that busy when I visited, most seemed to be queing for the pharmacy rather than shopping in-store. Staff were friendly and helpful. It id not take long to access the locked cabinet with the colognes and I decided to buy two: Armani Code and YSL L'Homme both highly rated scents and I am happy with them. There is plenty of roadside parking in the area and there are disabled bays close by. The main entrance to the store is on street level and is wheelchair accessible.

Better than wells pharmacy they don't make as many mistakes but que for prescription can be long, nice little shop .

The lady pharmacist at Aberystwyth Boots went beyond the call of duty for me. She even rang my son to make sure the prescription she was dispensing was correct. I won't go into detail but she will know how grateful I was. Thank you isn't enough but thank you!

The gentleman pharmacist helped me out massively when I needed an emergency prescription. Was very busy, but that is to be expected, and the wait wasn’t too long at all. Would totally recommend this pharmacy.

Lovely staff. Unfortunately an elderly lady was abusive to the staff, as her tablets weren't ready. The pharmacist was busy and she only cared for her tablets. The answers she was getting from the staff weren't what she wanted to hear. So they were wrong. Unbelievable behavior. Manners are free. That old lady needed to use some. Shocking behavior.

There is always a significant queue whenever collecting prescriptions. Not enough staff to manage. The staff that are there presently are fab, friendly and always super helpful but they can't do the work of 10 people.

It was a shambles it was over an hour before I left.I went in to pick up prescriptions that I had been informed were ready to collect and when they were handed to me the most important one was not there and I waited for quite a while before they were handed to me but only one weeks worth instead of a month's worth with no reason why or explanation.I only found out when I got home and opened the bag .Oh and with being there so long I had received a parking ticket Oh what joy.I hope the rest of Boots shops are not the same.Out of a score of ten I would give them minus 10.

Love Boots. Clean tidy, well stocked. For all your baby, make up and fragrance essentials. They do a fairly brilliant meal Selection too, perfect for busy schedules. The pharmacy is also amazing, they once did not have stock of something so phoned all the pharmacies in Aberystwyth to find me some so I didn't have to do the leg work. Just beware the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1-2. I have slipped up in the past and called in on my lunch break only for it to be a waste of time.

Expect a very, very long queue. You will queue here. Repeat: YOU WILL QUEUE HERE. So far I'm reasonably pleased with the overall service for prescriptions. But expect a 10 to 30 minute queue.
