P. B.I like this store, have used it many times since it opened in Bedford. The moisturising creams and hair products are good but sometimes very over priced.
But since changing ownership some of the staff are arrogant and come across as rude.
For a beauty shop serving females there are few female staff and it's noted the ones that have worked there do not stay, WHY? Please employ female staff who can give decent feedback and not just pushing to make sales at any cost.
