They've got MAC, Benefit, Dior, Benefit, Becca, Huda Beauty, KatVonD, Liz Earle, Estee Lauder, Fenty, No7. They also have Rimmel, NYC, ELF & more.
1st Floor: Health Food, Diet Food, Plasters, In-soles, Compression Stockings. A few brands like DoubleBase, Cetaphil, Epiderm, etc Excema/dermatitis Relief Cream & more.
ALSO:Baby clothes, toys, breast pump, and nappies and food.
PHARMACY: They can order a prescription so you don't have to do it and send you a txt message when it's ready to collect. They'll very good, i've never waited longer than 10 mins for a script. The pharmacists are the most loveliest people you'll ever meet.
GLASSES:You can buy glasses upstairs probably by appointment.
NOVELTY ITEMS: Novelty items for kids, masks, makeup brushes and mirrors.
THERE IS ALSO A LIFT.

Staff are amazing workers, always on their feet, and with a smile and knowledge.
P. R.They have a wide range of products and some great offers from time to time, they'd even do a price match with the products on their website. They have a loyalty program, make sure to pay using the app. I had a great experience with one of the staff members who was very helpful, friendly and respectful, but some staff members are a bit rude and condescending. Taking away a star for that.
A. B.Went in today and had no clue on what to buy as I have never used makeup but I met a lovely girl called Sophie, one of the staff members. She was very patient with me and my sister and listened to all our concerns and went through different brands and products and told us which ones would be better for our skin colour and type. Me and my sister can't thank Sophie enough.

L. S.The prescription pharmaceutical scheme of this location is very disorganised. First, they couldn't find my prescription, and after, I had to come back to get more medication, they made me wait 30 minutes giving me less medication than I asked for. On the other hand, I was assisted by one very good pharmacist on the week before, she was helpful with my prescription issue.

t.A very large store with almost every product you could ask for in a large chemist chain along with photo development booth, and the great value boots meal deal. However, many products in Boots are much more expensive than supermarkets or discount shops and it's simply a fact that there are various items I would refuse to pay the price for in here, for example deodorant, tooth paste and shower gel.

T.Hello everyone I hope you are doing well I pass through Boot's in Donegal place Belfast quite often good quality and reasonable priced goods pharmacy is up on the first floor along with opticians there is lifts available for disabled people wide aisles for access of prams, wheelchair and foot traffic the place is well lit and clean establishment lovely atmosphere friendly staff.
G. C.I'm rarely in Belfast, but on a wee jaunt up yesterday called at Boots having read good reviews on Hope and glory hand cream. There was a 3 for 2 offer on but when I reached the checkout, my items didn't qualify as one was a mini. The lady at the checkout, was very pleasant and helpful in her advice about the best deal and went over to the shelf to get the other item for me.
Her name is Jean Gault.
S. P.Very good for cosmetics like Fenty, Urban Decay, Elf, Benefit, NYX and lots more. They have fragrances too. Health foods, bath, skincare, haircare, mini's for holidays.
Upstairs they sell baby/kids clothes, food n nappies etc, they have the pharmacy.
The opticians to try n buy glasses, computers to print photos from your SD cards and from phones etc, scales to weigh yourself n get your BMI.
Theres pain relief, foot care, headphones, hairdryers, straighteners etc.
All staff are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. It does get quite busy around lunchtime but they are very good n I've never waited longer than 10 mins for a prescription. I'd say it's best to come in the morning or late afternoon.

O.I visited this store last week , I dealt with lois at the pharmaceutical counter, this lady could not do enough to help me out , as I was just on visit to city from dublin I needed anti abiotic ASAP and she really was such help to me , after visit within couple of hours I was able to continue my trip to city pain free could not thank her enough . 😊

N. F.Spread over 3 floors, this is the main Boots Store in Belfast (they also have a smaller store in Castlecourt). The Donegall Place Store has a large perfume counter and has a great selection of both male & female fragrances. Plenty of Staff about to assist should you need help and given the size of the store sometimes finding what you need can be tricky sometimes! Only complaint would be that certain areas of the store seem very cramped - especially the food section - can get very busy at lunchtime and there isn't much room for manoeuvring!
