Sometimes hard to get to the perfume counters if very busy but when you do you are rewarded with all the beautiful scents. There is s smell for everyone and scents can be layered to create your unique smell. Long lasting too

I had the pleasure of being in HOF Belfast today. I was looking for a birthday present for a 70 year old woman. I was approached by a lovely girl called Ashleigh . I sensed she was new to the brand, but totally professional. She consulted another member of staff, a lady called Miriam. Both of these ladies were so attentive and listened to my story. I bought the peony and blush perfume along with the peony and moss candle. I was so emotional and happy that the candle was in support of mental health. A cause close to my heart. The ladies explained to me about the Jo Malone gardens. This filled me with hope and praise. I sincerely hope in this green isle we have such a haven. I will absolutely be endorsing these candles and will both promote and encourage such gardens here. Thank you and may all that you need be there to support you.

Love Jo Malone fragrance, however when I visited on this occasion, customer service could have been better, lots of staff preparing bags that one person could have done and the rest helping customers.
