This was a great LUSH to visit. They had face masks, large totes for purchase, music and more. Ally was very helpful and informative in helping me pick some products. Really added a nice a touch to my experience in Belfast.

I visited the Lush shop in Belfast on the 3rd of December with my kids to get some presents. The loveliest wee girl Sarah helped me and showed me all the variety of Christmas sets they sold and kept my kids entertained. She let them put a bath bomb in their sinks, they had a ball she was really great with the kids. The whole shop floor was an experience! All the staff were of high spirits. Would highly recommend.

Today I was advised by Olly, he was absolutely phenomenal! Really friendly and knowledgeable! Took me on a scent tour after saying I was gutted that lush had discontinued my favourite perfume and tailored which ones he showed me based on my old perfume and the tones I said I liked! Helped me find lovely bath bombs for autumn and threw in a free pumpkin sheet mask with my purchase. Overall the best experience I've had in lush, I normally don't like when people approach me in shops however he really looked after me and was just a delight!

Sara was absolutely lovely and a treat to talk to. She has amazing knowledge on all skin care products, the bubble bar/bath range and helped out tremendously with picking our items. Usually Lush makes you feel bombarded by workers trying to hit targets but she seemed incredibly interested in finding the right products for me and my girlfriend and even have her a skin care consultation. One of the best Lush experiences I’ve had considering I’ve shopped in Lush Belfast for years. She took her time over us and is a really asset to the team. Very pleased with our service ☺️

I'm a little late in the game in writing this. I've been attending Lush Belfast for years. And the experiences have only gotten better. I never feel that any of the supreme customer service is forced - but wholly natural and genuine with dollops of enthusiasm. This is in reference to the staff's knowledge of the products, their openness and acceptance, their wonderful humour and all the willingness to know their customers more. I want to name them all here as they've always been kind and charming - only I probably don't know every name. The other day at my own job, one of my colleagues stated, "They're just gorgeous," about the staff at Lush Belfast (she had recently brought her daughters to the store and found it a positive influence). And its true; the staff's fun-loving, sweetly approachable vibes are infectious, creating a fabulous environment. And it smells nice which I guess is a bonus. 😁

Always had good experiences with lush, met a girl called Audrey today who gave me a free bath bomb which was the sleepy bear because I have a sensitivity to a lot of bath products. Audrey was very helpful and even gave me an option for the lush trick or treat and I got a free sample. Very lovely staff overall! Not too bombarded either which was nice as I didn’t have much time to go in lol. Overall 10/10 experience and I will be back! :)

Had such a fantastic experience today at the Lush store in belfast. Was served by the most amazing person, Ryan. Completely made mine and my friends day. One of the loveliest funniest people I’ve ever met. So easy to get along with and just really made the experience. So Knowledgeable on the products and customer service was 100%! I went in to the store to exchange 5 empty tubs for a face mask. I was looked after by Molly who walked me through a skincare routine (with cleaners, moisturiser, eye cream etc.) which was really helpful. She asked lots of questions about my skin and was really knowledgeable about each product. She had a fantastic team with her who were so helpful and friendly. Such a positive experience. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience of shopping at Lush. I was out shopping with my two nieces one of whom was celebrating her birthday. We had just had a negative experience at a shop nearby and the girl from Lush (sorry I did not get her name ,but she had fantastic pink hair) could not have been more friendly or helpful, you should be proud of her! She was all over my nieces and gave them both free presents because of my nieces birthday, I should add we did end up spending £100 in the store which I was more than happy to do because of the quality of the products but maybe more importantly the exceptional customer care. I visited your store today with my niece and my sister, my niece loves bath bombs and the lovely Sophie kindly took her to see the bath bombs and demonstrated one for her which she was over the moon about. 08.06.22 Served by the loveliest 2 girls Bailey and Molly. Literally straight from entering the store straight away Bailey was super helpful with suggesting different bath bombs that I would love. Also made my day with the ‘act of kindness’ free gift. Molly served me at the tills and was also super lovely and very quick to throw in a few wee samples with my order. My two Children and Myself visited Lush Belfast today . We were greeted by the lovely Olly . He was so friendly and welcoming. He asked my children would the like to see a bath bomb . He filled up the sink fetched a bath bomb let us smell it .then he took the time with us to explain the bath bomb and he engaged with the children talking about all the different colours etc. He then went on to make them bubbles and chatted away to them . I wanted to purchase some toothy tabs . He was very informative and let me know about the toothy mouth wash he also let me try and my son as well. He gave us some testers . My Daughter wanted a bath bomb he spent time chatting to her about her favourite colour in the end she wanted a rainbow 🌈 one which we got Troy the cow . Then when she seen the rainbow fun she wanted that instead. Only very kindly gifted her and Troy . It was so lovely and extremely kind . He really did brighten up all our day . I had the most incredible experience in lush today. Ally is a literal Angel. I was having the worst day and went in to buy a gift for a friend, and Ally came to help me. Within the space of 5 minutes I had picked a gift and had my day completely turned around. To have gone into a shop and been treated with such genuine kindness and care has completely blown me away. We took out three children in to Lush today and the staff were so friendly and happy to see us all. Our little boy (4) is autistic and there were two members of staff who went out of their way to make him feel welcome, play with him with the bubbles/bath bombs and were so so patient with us. We took them to the Disney store and all 3 had more fun in lush … that says it all! Shopping is almost impossible for us and to find somewhere that is so welcoming and friendly means so much! Went into lush for the first time on friday. I’ve walked past it a lot but have never been in. But recently I’ve been wanting to look after myself a little more. i had no idea where to start looking, it was a little overwhelming but i spoke to a very friendly worker mikey who showed me around the store. She explained multiple different products to me (apologies about the amount of questions i asked!) and was super patient which was lovely as I am not much of a people person. She even gave me a few ‘demos’ of things I was interested in. I had no idea you were able to do this, so it was a really great experience. i ended up walking away with a bunch of different products and samples! A few weeks ago my boyfriend went into the store to get a bath bomb. One of your employees helped him choose one and enquired what it was for and he explained that our bestfriend had just lost her mum and he was grabbing her a bath bomb after he finished work to try and help her relax. The employee was so kind and helped my boyfriend choose a nice one. As he was about to pay for it the employee ran up to the counter with a full tub of dream cream and said it was free and to give it to our friend. She has been using it since to help her sleep. Today I met Sara(h) in the Belfast store and she was amazing. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis and hypermobility which have been causing me tremendous physical pain. I’ve also been dealing with Covid in the family and have been isolated from them for safety so my mental health has been bad. I came in to get myself some treats for self care and she took me round the store helping me pick out the best CBD products for my pain. She also gave me a sampler of the Volcano foot mask and a small tub of Sleepy as a gift because I’d been having a hard time. I nearly cried with gratitude. I hope she sees this. She’s a gem and Lush Belfast are lucky to have her. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

Wow! Words cannot explain how amazed I am with Lush Belfast! Part of my sister's hen party was held here and it was incredible! It was a bowie themed hen and right from the word go the Lush team were amazing! So helpful throughout the planning and so much thought went into the Lush Party on their part. Such lovely people greeted us at the door and made us feel so welcome! They put my sister's name up in lights and decorated the place for the bowie theme. We then had a bowie themed Lush party, packed full of fun games, laughs and bowie puns! So much effort would put into making it such a fun-filled experience which catered for all members of the hen group!we were running around playing supermarket sweep, doing a lush catwalk and taking part in bubble making competitions! Plus the Lush team generous gave us all some Lush goodies to take home! Thank you Lush (especially Esme and Ciara) for the best afternoon! We are all still talking about it! The customer service in Lush is always top notch, something I think a lot of other retail shops should take note of. Staff greeting at the door is always lovely to see when they're smiling and wave. I was helped by Aubrey when I was in and she gave some great tips and her product knowledge was amazing. The girl at the register (I can't remeber her name but she's a petite red head with such a bubbly personality and makes the experience at checking out so personal) who checked me out has great product knowledge as well. I can never fault staff for making the experience wonderful every time. Products are always great and we would go in maybe every 2 months and bring back a haul of stuff to keep us going. Love Lush!

When you go into the store, you are greeted by one or more staff, they approach you after a while to see if they can help with your shopping experience. It's like having a personal shopper with you. The store smells gorgeous, a mix of all the scents. This can be over stimulating to some, as some ppl do not wish to have someone assist with their shopping or be somewhere where there is a strong smell. My advice would be to tell the staff when they approach that you don't require assistance and would like to shop alone and/or get someone to go in for you. Their products are too good to not get! Personally I love this shop, I tell the staff what I'm interested in and they show me a few selected products that may interest me and then leave me to my own devices.

They're very good keeping up with the Covid-19 guidelines, you may be asked to wait outside if there are too many people inside but as long as you plan ahead for what you want, it makes for a very short trip. The sinks off to the side are reserved to wash your hands as soon as you enter.

I fully enjoyed my experience here in lush they have a very big selections of bathbombs, face masks, lip scrubs, soaps and shampoos all in amazing scents. The staff here were very helpful and once they saw that me or one of my friends were interested they were straight over telling us more about the products and their uses. The products are a little on the pricey side but the quality is worth it. They have bath bombs for relaxing and some for colds. There lip scrubs are 100% edible and delicious and moisturizing and the shampoos for blondes feel amazing and bring out your hair colours. Some bath bombs with glitter or strong pigments can stain your bath or skin but washed away when warm water is scrubbed on the skin or the surface. Some people have allergies so maybe speak to your doctor before using any products from lush if you have very sensitive skin or are allergic to certain soap or shampoos e.c but i would highly recommend lush because of their high quality and amazing products.
