G. T. G.I got my ears pierced here and the staff member that served me Cailin, was a star. She was so helpful and sweet and when I made an error in the aftercare of my lobe piercing she was happy to assist me, going way above and beyond the customer experience I was expecting. A pleasure to speak to as well. She even stayed behind past the end of her shift to do the piercing in the first place which just highlights what a wonderful person she is.
