Fast delivery on the whole, you get what you want and the quality is more than fine, the minimum delivery fee is adequate and even if you can't find the products you want they usually have a decent selection of alternatives.

Good shop, in my oppinion prices aren't too high for public. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and a lot of their hair dyes you can't buy in high street stores. My issue is opening times, why open at half 8, most people are travelling to work by then? I work 9-5 weekdays so it's hard for me to get here ever, many times I've needed something but bought online as can't get there before 6pm.
