Went in for the first time and had Nick be so welcoming and helpful. He knew all the products took the time to explain the different types of bars and bombs and even showed us them in the water. Also wrapped it up nicely and even changed the tag to happy birthday. Also gave us so many ideas for the present and also got some free samples. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience amazing. 10/10 from Nick and the whole lush store

Lush sell 3 products called "Charity Pot" where proceeds go to charities reflecting their passions and values. On the 9th & 10th October, all proceeds of this product went to our rescue! Our team absolutely loved being in store with such a wonderful team! Excellent product knowledge and the best customer service in Bournemouth! They made us feel so welcome and really pushed for sales to help the dogs in our care! Had a wonderful experience at the Lush store in Bournemouth. Elle showed me some of the key products which I was interested in and my skin concerns. She gave me a wonderful hand massage and explained in depth about each of the products. Nick was really lovely and spoke about the new products available including exclusive perfume. Everyone is always friendly and the shop is super accessible for disabled people especially wheelchair users as they have a permanent ramp outside and space to move around. :)

Hedgehogs need you kindly asked if we could raise awareness for Hedgehogs at the lush shop in Bournemouth. We had done this once before. The shop in return gives the charities or groups the monies they raise from the charity pots they sell, during the time we are there. We covered 5 days. The team was brilliant i don't know where they get the energy from. They would be a credit to any company they work for. I was totally wrecked at the end of our shift from laughing. The interaction from the team at lush with customers was fantastic. The joy on children's faces making the items. I'm sure they would have made more expect for the bank of mom and dad saying no lol. A few months back I went to Lush (Bournemouth Store) to have a look around and experienced the excellent customer service from Zoe. Her thorough knowledge of the products, combined with her friendliness, has instilled me as a customer for life. It was then that I bought my first dream cream and lush bath bombs. More recently I have been met with similar experiences from employees (Maizie and Susan) at bournemouth store, and today had another excellent experience from an employee named Charlotte. We had extensive conversations about products that would be suitable for sensitive skin, and she demonstrated on me how products felt (with an amazing hand massage). The customer service today, like every other day, is absolutely faultless, and the lush family should be proud to have people like this working with them.

Always greeted in an inviting, friendly manner and they will help and adhere to your every need- whether that be a question about a specific product, their personal thoughts and recommendations or offering a free sample. My sister and I visited lush to grab our regular essentials, and after looking around the store we wanted to know more about some of the other products. We spoke to Hannah (who is the manager of the store), and she was extremely helpful! Despite the store being relatively busy, she didn’t rush to answer any of our questions, and went through all the products that we wanted to know more about. She let us try out the products and gave us her personal recommendations on what she uses. Another member of staff (who was male but I cannot recall his name...sorry) was also really helpful! My sister and I ended up leaving the store with a lot more lush products; bath bombs, hair bars, body conditioners & more! AND what topped of the experience, was Hannah gave us samples and “a random act of kindess” where she gave us both a bar of the “Sultana of Soap” which smells delightful! We will DEFINITELY be back. This was my first proper time visiting a Lush Shop and having just moved to Bournemouth I thought I would check it out. I started browsing but really didn’t know what I wanted and everything looked so enticing. I was then greeted by the loveliest young woman called Katie who was so friendly and put me at ease straight away. With the little info I had of what I was looking for, she said to take a seat and relax and she came back with a nice selection of products for me to test. She was so friendly and took her time to explain the products thoroughly and what they can help with. I even got a lovely hand/wrist massage with the CBD massage bar. We had a great chat and she was easy to talk to - nothing was too much trouble. And then at the end when I had decided on the 3 products I was going to buy, she ran over to her manager and then came back where we went to the till and she explained that Lush do something called a random act of kindness! I hadn’t heard of this before and when she told me they had chosen to do that for me and gave me a 4th product for free that will help me with my chronic pain, I was so overwhelmed I actually teared up. What a wonderful and wholesome thing to do in general but also for a business. It really made my day and they have also got a customer for life now. Thank you so much Katie for such a beautiful first experience of Lush and to the manager who gave me some great information on a few products he had used. Thanks to both of you. Even with restrictions in place, the staff at lush are still able to be incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming. I was lucky enough to be helped by the wonderful Jaz who managed to still make me feel pampered. I'm usually the type of shopper that likes being left alone to do my thing but Lush is the one exception. While I know there is an element of the staff doing their job and trying to upsell , they do it in such a way that really highlights their passion and knowledge and I've personally got a lot of time for that.

Lush is a warren of goodies that non regulars will struggle to navigate. They need staff to know their job inside out to be able to point customers towards what's right for them. The staff in the Bournemouth branch manage to sell to you without being pushy. We had fabulous service today, and went away with two new bath bombs that we hadn't tried before and a henna hair sample for my friend who is looking to dye her hair. Very therapeutic trip! I love lush. They have bath bombs shaped un a variety of ways that means they make the coolest patterns when in the water. They have ones that you crumble a bit of under warm running water and it acts like bubble bath. They have big ones and little ones and the prices aren't too bad at all. I bought a green one that had a hole on the middle that was on a stick and you use it to blow bubbles - thank you lush you made me sister of the year. Also warning you should be wary if you have any skin conditions like eczema because it can make that flare up but the products are safe to use and they don't test the products ok animals which is a bonus. Would seriously recommend - there is something for everyone. Prices range from £5 to £8 for normal size ones but they also do gift sets too.

Lush gets very busy around Christmas, but the staff are all very well organised, loads around to help. They even have some bath bomb demonstrations in store (Bournemouth). I asked for some help with buying bath stuff and their recommendation was quite expensive, but they quickly pointed me in the direction of something cheaper. Shame they dont have more room! Try and pick an early time in the morning so you can spend longer choosing more specific gifts and not box sets.

Be careful entering these lush stores, staff will verbally attack you with the latest bath bombs and deals, I was luckily to make it out alive, they grab your basket and fill it with stuff you don't want, but everything is happening to fast for you to stop what happening, and before you know it you bought three bath bomb for your dad and facial cream you don't need, the auto basket filling service would be good if it gave you things you actually wanted. Shop is really small but very tidy and well organised, staff are really on it if you go near the bath bombs but if you need help with the slightly less 'fun' products like shampoo, they aren't as easy to find, just makes the shopping experience take ages, once I had been sold every product under the sun :') no one is ever at the till!!!
