R. Z. P.I like Body Shop products. I been using some of the products since I was in Spain and I been in UK for 10 years now. Bournemouth store have a very friendly and welcoming staff. Also, really helpful. I been in the shop one day when a girl was lost and a person from the staff was with her all the time till the police arrived. They give her water and try to keep her calm. AMAZING!
S. B.The Body Shop is leading the way with sustainable products and I especially love the 'Spa' and 'Oils of Life' ranges. I was told on this visit that if I return the packaging from 5 used products I'll get a £5 voucher to use, a great incentive to return. The Bournemouth store is fun and lively with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I was served by two very inspiring sales assistants Alice and Scarlett who made my visit a total pleasure.

T. M.Very helpful staff. I couldn't find what I wanted on the shelf and the member of staff went upstairs to check if they had any up there for me. Which they did. I was also using my Birthday voucher from their Loyalty club, which is a great bonus.
