L. A.Service is excellent! Customer service is bang on here, I always have a great experience here. I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who helped me last week but she was so lovely and very accommodating to my needs. I needed a product for my troubled skin and she was so patient and made me feel special, her name begins with N if that helps. I have acne prone skin and I feel she helped me find the most suitable product.

J. J.I bought the loose powder foundation about 6 months ago, and whilst I’m by no means a novice when it comes to makeup, I really struggled to make this product work for me. Whilst I was in Brighton I decided to pop into the store and ask for some tips, and Rachel was lovely enough to give me a little makeup lesson with it! She suggested different methods I could try, and what products might work well - but was never pushy. It was a really positive experience, and would recommend the store to others looking for some makeup or skincare advice!

So helpful, I’ve had trouble getting the right foundation but she took the time to explain the products and helped me find the right one in the right shade. I’ve never felt so comfortable and able to ask questions before and walked out having purchased a product I am really happy with. I will be returning to purchase some other products she recommended
G. H. H.I hadn't changed up my make up routine in about 10 years, and I was no longer feeling as though it was the right fit for me. I also have problem skin being an Acne sufferer for half of my life, and currently on prescribed medication and cream as a treatment.
I visited the store as BareMinerals had been recommended by a friend - and I'm so, so, so glad I was able to stop by on a visit to Brighton.
Rachel worked with me for the best part of an hour, she listened to my concerns, was curious about the products I had previously used and was so knowledgable both about the Bare Minerals brand and skin care in general.
She gave me a make over and was so patient as I was asking questions about how to apply certain products etc. She was also so friendly, giving me hints and tips as to what to do in Brighton and told me about various aspects of living in the area.
I left feeling more confident in my make up than I have in a very long time. My parter was shocked when he saw the difference. And it lasted so long without getting cakey at all in the way my previous make up did!!! I even reapplied the products fairly successfully the next day!!
I would honestly recommend this store, and the Bare Minerals product to anyone. And I can't give Rachel high enough praise - she was amazing in each and every way!! Thank you!! :)

A. G.Everytime I go here they practically jump on me and give me a 30 min+ make over. Which is nice if you're in the mood but it's a bit much most of the time. I ended up buying the moisturizer they used on me last time only to realize it's targeted to oily skin, I have dry, which i mentioned at the time. So that was a waste of money. Haven't been back since.
